Identify a featuring cello solo on "Light of the Seven" (GoT soundtrack)
On GoT: Light of the Seven/Hear me roar piano/cello/"organ" cover (part 2) , at 0:39 he starts playing a tune on his cello.
What is it called and where can I get it alone without any other sounds?
The song as mentioned is The light of the Seven, composed by Ramin Djawadi.
If you want just a solo version on cello, it can be heard here live. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gP507ex8SPI
And the accompanying sheet music here with again the cello version.. https://musescore.com/user/155930/scores/2330376
The video was an original arrangement of Ramin Djawadi's Game of Thrones Season 6 OST "Light of The Seven: Trial Scene" YouTube (05:21) by Max Watkins.
There has yet to be an arrangement with a cello solo
The name of the cello part? I don't know what you mean. It's just a single instrument in a composition. "Channel" would refer to the isolated cello part of the song, but you need stems of the original track to hear the isolated recording. Stems are usually only made available for remixes or public use. Or you could ask Max Watkins to send you the part you want.
If you're referring to the theoretical aspect of the cello part, I'd say it's an arpeggio.
