@Brahadeesh, no need to write a custom reason, the other one is valid :-)

@Bebs I remember that some of my earliest closure flags were declined/disputed when I used the standard reason, possibly because the reviewers did not check to see whether the link was working. I've had better success communicating that the links are broken when I use a custom reason, and so the practice stuck :)
